Diabetes Week: 12th-18th June 2016 Diabetes Week

National Diabetes Week is just around the corner. The purpose of this week is to promote awareness of diabetes particularly for early detection, maintaining optimal disease control and patient education. We have displayed a variety of posters around the practice.

To coincide with this, throughout the month of June, the practice will focus on continuing the aims of this week by supporting patients in the practice with diabetes and educating the wider practice population. Of course, we are also here to help support you all year round!
