Patient Participation Group

Our PPG has been working really hard this year to get itself up and running. It produced a successful patient survey to try and canvas the views of patients in general. It has deliberated on the results and come up with an action plan for the coming year.

The Surrey Docks PPG is currently open to all patients and we would encourage you to get involved if you can, even if you are not able to attend the meetings, so we can get make the group as representative as possible of our patients. We continue to experience difficulties with our online appointments service but are in discussion with our system supplier to try and get this resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Did you know that you can use NHS GP walk-in centres if something is urgent and you can’t get to us easily during our normal opening hours.

They are available to anyone and most walk-in centres are open early till late 7 days a week. There are walk-in centres based locally and also in the City, West End and Victoria.
