Patient Experience Survey 2012
The Surrey Docks Patient Participation Group is working with
the practice to make improvements and would like to get your
views on your experience of this practice.
Throughout February, we will be carrying out a patient
survey and would be grateful if you could help us by
spending a few minutes completing this.
If English is not your first language you can find a
translation of the survey to help you complete it
here
There will be a prize draw (please ensure that you have put
your name if you wish to be included in this). Prizes
include a 6 month free membership to Southwark Fusion Gyms,
a meal for two at the Simplicity Restaurant in Rotherhithe,

We continue to experience difficulties with our online
appointments service but are in discussion with our system
supplier to try and get this resolved. We apologise for any
inconvenience.

Did you know that you can use NHS GP walk-in
centres if something is urgent and you can’t get to us
easily during our normal opening hours.
They are available to anyone and most walk-in centres are
open early till late 7 days a week. There are walk-in centres
based locally and also in the City, West End and Victoria.

 Every
quarter Southwark Primary Care Trust compare performance
