Pregnancy is a very exciting time in most women's lives. There may be many questions that you want to ask and seeking reliable information is essential.

We recommend the NHS Direct website as a good source of reliable information.  Most routine information is available here, though clearly your GP and Midwife can offer you further advice or answer any questions you may have.

When you have confirmed your pregnancy or if you suspect you may be pregnant make an appointment to see one of the GPs who will then organise a booking referral and your shared care pathway will begin. Details of this can be found here.
