Patient Participation Group (PPG)

Welcome to the SDPPG page. The SDPPG works in partnership with the practice to help improve the healthcare services you receive both at the practice and also other local health services.

By joining the SDPPG, you are embracing the opportunity to receive information about the work of the SDPPG Committee, developments in the practice and you can also be involved by giving us your views on a variety of matters related to the health care services you receive. By being a member you can get involved as much or as little as you like.

Upcoming Meeting Dates 2020

We will be holding PPG meeting across sites of Nexus Health Group. These meeting are for all our patients who wish to attend, regardless of which site you normally use. Just choose the date that suits you.
