All of our appointments will take place over the telephone. Following your initial telephone consultation, if a face to face appointment is required, you will be advised on next steps. Please make sure we have your correct telephone number on our system. To make an appointment for urgent medical attention, please call the reception team or email the practice. You will be booked into a telephone consultation, or advised on next steps.
2. NON URGENT QUERIES
If your issue is non-urgent, please visit www.nhs.uk for health and wellbeing information, or www.nexushealthgroup.co.uk where you will be able to complete an online eConsult in which a doctor will respond to you in 48 hours. If you do not have access to the internet, please call the practice telephone number.
If you require repeat medication, we encourage you to download the NHS app, or visit your preferred pharmacy, who can arrange to have your medication delivered directly to them. This will save you calling or visiting the practice.
